The gliding trade fair in Schwabmünchen will take place from July 12th - 14th, 2024.

The who's who of the RC sailing scene meets here once a year and you can admire great innovations from numerous exhibitors. The special charm of the trade fair is that the models are flown directly and presented to the audience.

In 2024, the gliding fair will traditionally take place on the second weekend in July on the LSV Schwabmünchen grounds. I am particularly pleased that the concept of offering a trade fair during the day and seeing an air show in the evening was very well received. This will also be the case in 2024, because a great evening and night flight program including fireworks is planned again.

The gliding trade fair, founded in 2012 by Andreas Golla, has a long tradition in the RC model sports scene and is well known there - and very popular. In 2022, I took over the trade fair together with Axel Riediger after Peter Ritters and Werner Lewandowski held it once. Together with Andreas Engel from Engel Modellbau, they have been running Prowing in Northern Germany for many years, among other things. I have been the sole organizer of the trade fair since the end of 2023. At this point I would like to say a big thank you to all previous gliding fair organization members!
